I bought the Rokid Glasses as a gift for a friend, and unfortunately they accidentally dropped them and broke them not long after. I honestly thought it was going to turn into a complicated warranty process, but the team helped me figure out what to do and followed up with Rokid for the repair. Really appreciated the support.

What I liked most was the service. I had a question before ordering and got a clear answer without the usual copy-paste response. The product itself was excellent too. Really good experience overall.

I’d been looking for this model for a while and couldn’t find it locally at a reasonable price. Came across NX Gadget, checked a few details with them before ordering, and everything arrived exactly as expected. No fuss, no surprises.

I’m a bit of a gadget nerd, so I’m usually picky 😄 NX Gadget actually has the kind of tech I enjoy discovering—not just the same products you see everywhere. My order was spot on.
